    I know what someone with diabetes has to go through as my father is a diabetic. I have to control his diet strictly as he was hospitalized quite often when his diet was out of control. Sometimes, I feel rather guilty stopping him to eat cakes and snacks. I am really inspired by this post to bake cakes for my father using one of the mentioned substitutes!     I’m diabetic and didn’t realize there were so many sugar alternatives. I’ve tried a few in the past, but never enjoyed the after taste.
